Delivery Information
Delivery will be initiated within 24 hours if your requested items are in stock in San Francisco. The transit time is approximately 1-2 business days for domestic orders and 1-3 business days for international orders. If the products are not in stock in San Francisco warehouse, the delivery may vary in 1-2 weeks. Each product on our website includes an estimated shipping time, we will email you the estimated shipping time after receiving your order. Please contact us if you need the product to be delivered in the exact day.
In the event items are out of stock, we will arrange to replenish our stock within 24 hours and we will keep you informed of the delivery status via email or phone.
Please also indicate on the PO or email us about your preferred shipping method, and whether you want to receive the products in one shipment or separate shipments based on availabilities.
