Can I request a quotation before placing an order?
Yes. Customers can request a quotation by:

●      Our team will typically respond within 12 -  48 hours.

Can you provide bulk pricing?
Yes. Bulk and scale-up pricing may be available for larger quantities, if you do not see the size you want listed, please contact us at RFQ@achemblock.com with your required quantity for a customized quote.

 

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is generally no strict MOQ for catalog products. However, certain compounds or custom items may have minimum quantity requirements, and normally it’s the smallest size listed. Please confirm with our support team if you have questions regarding MOQ.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Stock availability may be indicated on the product page. For confirmation, please contact our sales team.

Do you support procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)?
Yes. We work with major procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, and third party sourcing platforms such as eMolecule, Labvivia, Quartzy, Zageno, Amici, VWR, ThermoFisher. Please contact us to confirm compatibility and if need to set up connections.

Can I reserve inventory before ordering?
Yes. We can reserve stock for ongoing projects. Please reach out to discuss your requirements.

Shipping

 

What is the shipping point for your products?
We are based in the US and headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. All orders are shipped from our Hayward site. We also maintain inventory in San Francisco and China, so delivery time depends on product location and transfer time.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship using international courier services such as:

●      FedEx

●      DHL

●      UPS

Our default shipping method for Domestic USA is:

●      FedEx two days($30)

●      Fedex Overnight($55) upon request.

How long does shipping take?
Typical delivery times for In Stock San Francisco products:

●      United States: 1–3 business days

●      Europe: 3–5 business days

●      Asia-Pacific: 3–5 business days

Typical delivery times for In Stock products:

●      United States: 2-5 business days

●      Europe: 5-7 business days

Do you offer temperature-controlled shipping?
Yes. For compounds requiring special storage conditions (such as 2–8°C or dry ice), we provide temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product stability during transit.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once the order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

 

Who is responsible for customs clearance and duties for international orders?

The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance unless otherwise agreed.

 

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes. Customers may provide their courier account number for shipment. Please include this information on PO or email us separately at sales@achemblock.com.

Product & Quality

Are your compounds for research use only?
Yes. All products supplied by Advanced ChemBlocks Inc are intended for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.

Do you provide analytical data?
Yes. Generally, available analytical data include:

●      COA (Certificate of Analysis)

●      NMR spectra

●      LCMS data

The data can be found and downloaded on the product page, if you have trouble locating data for a specific lot, please contact us if additional data is required. Or if you need additional data, please contact us.

What purity levels do your products have?
Most products are supplied with ≥95% purity, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

How should the compounds be stored?
Storage conditions vary by compound. Typical storage conditions include:

●      Room temperature

●      2–8°C refrigeration

●      −20°C freezer storage

Please refer to the product page or COA for specific recommendations.

Do you offer different packing sizes?
Yes. Many products are available in multiple sizes. Custom packaging may also be arranged upon request.

What if there is an issue with product quality?
Please contact us promptly. Our team will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can you provide a proforma invoice?
Yes. We can provide a proforma invoice upon request before the order is finalized. For all first time international orders, we kindly require PREPAY and will send a proforma invoice when the product is ready to ship.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax may apply depending on the shipping destination and applicable regulations. If you have tax exemption, please send us the document along with the order to sales@achemblock.com.

When will I receive the invoice?
Invoices are typically sent on the day of shipment. If not received within 48 hours, please contact support@achemblock.com.

Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees (e.g., shipping, handling, hazardous materials) may apply depending on the order. There will be a $25 Handling & Banking fee for any international order below $250.

What currency do you accept?
All transactions are typically processed in USD unless otherwise specified.
