    Product Description 2-Oxa-6-aza-spiro[3.3]heptane, CAS 174-78-7, is a compact, saturated spirocyclic building block composed of an oxetane ring and an azetidine ring connected through a shared spiro carbon. This heterocyclic scaffold is used in medicinal chemistry as a three-dimensional, sp³-rich alternative to morpholine. Its rigid structure enables researchers to explore conformationally constrained molecular designs while retaining both oxygen and nitrogen heteroatoms.
